Bihar minister and Jamui MLA Shreyasi Singh received a warm welcome in Nawada while travelling to Aurangabad. The programme, organised near Prasad Bigha under the supervision of BJP youth leader Gulshan Kumar, saw the participation of party workers and local players. Singh was presented with an ancient picture of the Ram Temple.
During the event, players met the minister and highlighted several issues affecting sports facilities. They particularly raised the problem of severe waterlogging at Harishchandra Stadium during the monsoon, which disrupts sporting activities. The players submitted a memorandum seeking a permanent solution.
Singh reportedly listened to their concerns and assured them of necessary action to improve sports facilities. She also held discussions with local BJP workers regarding strengthening the party organisation and effectively implementing upcoming programmes at the grassroots level.
Tejas Singh, Anshuman Sharma and several other BJP leaders, workers and local players attended the event. Her arrival generated considerable enthusiasm among party supporters and sports enthusiasts.
