Patna DM Directs Timely Completion of Development Projects

Patna District Magistrate Kundan Kumar has directed officials to ensure timely and quality completion of ongoing development and welfare schemes in the district. Reviewing projects, he instructed block officials to keep all Panchayat Government Buildings operational and ensure regular staff attendance through biometric monitoring. Officials were also asked to identify suitable government land and create a land bank for industrial units and major projects, while expediting applications, clearances and licences.

Under the Service Resolution and Rejuvenation campaign, priority improvement works will be identified for schools, Anganwadi centres, health facilities, Panchayat buildings and other government assets. The Civil Surgeon was directed to ensure doctors’ punctual attendance and display their names, mobile numbers and available services at hospitals.

The DM also ordered faster disposal of public grievance and court cases, along with special camps for compensation payments in land acquisition matters. He further directed immediate mutation of land after acquisition is completed.
