JD(U) MLA Anant Singh held a roadshow in Nalanda on Saturday in support of Jan Suraaj candidate Anuj Singh, who is contesting from the Patna Graduates’ constituency. Singh’s convoy travelled from Patna towards Nawada, passing through Bakhtiyarpur and Nalanda, with supporters gathering at several locations along the route.

Supporters welcomed the convoy and raised slogans in Singh’s support as the roadshow passed through Nalanda. A large number of young people also gathered, with some taking selfies with the MLA. Bhojpuri singer and actor Gunjan Singh accompanied Anant Singh during the campaign.

The roadshow, covering around 200 kilometres, was organised to campaign for Anuj Singh. Anant Singh has recently extended his open support to the Jan Suraaj candidate. On October 1, he had also joined Anuj Singh during his nomination programme and roadshow in Patna.

Anuj Singh is contesting against JD(U)’s official candidate Neeraj Kumar and other candidates in the upcoming Patna Graduates’ constituency election.
