Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary on Sunday inaugurated the three-day Jewellery Festival 2026 at Gyan Bhawan, located within the Samrat Ashok Convention Centre complex in Patna. Organised by the Swarnkar Samaj Vikas Evam Shodh Sansthan, the festival will continue until September 1 and features around 200 jewellery manufacturers from different parts of the country.
During his visit, Chaudhary inspected stalls showcasing a wide range of jewellery and related products. He interacted with exhibitors and gathered information about their businesses, assuring them that the government would provide necessary facilities and support to help them operate smoothly.
Manufacturers from Kota, Agra, Surat, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Mumbai, Lucknow and Kolkata are participating in the event. The festival offers industry professionals an opportunity to display products, exchange ideas and share experiences. MLA Rana Randhir Singh, organisers, manufacturers and other stakeholders also attended the inauguration ceremony there.
