Former Bihar Chief Minister and Rajya Sabha MP Nitish Kumar is set to move into his newly allotted Type-8 government bungalow at 9 Sunhari Bagh Road in New Delhi on July 17. Considered among the highest-category government residences, the bungalow spans nearly three acres and features eight bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, study room, landscaped lawns and six staff quarters. Located in one of the capital's most secure VIP zones, the residence is close to the official homes of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi.
