Fresh Twist in Prince Yadav Death Case as Roshan Anand Seeks FIR

The Prince Yadav death case has once again sparked controversy in Patna after Gyan Bindu Coaching Director Roshan Anand approached Kadamkuan Police Station seeking registration of an FIR. Anand alleged that his brother’s death was not accidental but the result of a planned conspiracy. He made serious allegations against Khan Sir and Faizal Khan, claiming that Prince Yadav was murdered in a hotel in Nepal.

Speaking to the media outside the police station, Anand accused the police of delaying action despite receiving his complaint. He questioned whether external pressure was preventing authorities from registering the case and initiating an investigation.

Police officials stated that the application mentions multiple incidents, including the death in Nepal, an alleged conspiracy linked to Beur Jail, and disputes involving coaching institutes. Since the death occurred in Nepal, officials said findings from Nepal Police would also be important. Anand later left to meet Patna IG Jitendra Rana and warned of a protest if an FIR was not registered.
