Coaching Institute Director Roshan Anand Accuses 'Khan Sir' of Conspiracy; Demands CBI Probe Upon Jail Release

Roshan Anand, the director of Gyan Bindu GS Academy, arrived at his coaching institute in Musallahpur Hat on Monday immediately after being released from Beur Jail, where a massive crowd of students gathered to support him. Addressing a press conference shortly after, Anand leveled severe allegations against Faizal Khan, popularly known as 'Khan Sir' and director of Khan Global Studies, accusing him of orchestrating a conspiracy that led to the murder of his brother. A visibly emotional Anand stated that he would fully expose Khan once he returns from attending his brother’s last rites.

Anand further made a sensational claim during the press brief, alleging that a plot to assassinate him was hatched even within the prison walls. He asserted that two guards belonging to Faizal Khan had planned his murder inside the jail, but his life was saved due to the timely intervention and alertness of the prison administration. He also revealed that intense pressure was mounted on him on June 12 to reach a compromise. Questioning the impartiality of the Patna Police, Anand pointed out that while he was promptly arrested, the primary accused was left untouched.

Accusing the Patna Police of actively shielding Faizal Khan despite the latter allegedly misleading the investigation, Anand stated that he is fully prepared to cooperate with law enforcement. He remarked, "My institute yields the highest number of selections in the Bihar Police, and Faizal Khan held a grudge against this success. Instead of teaching, he engages in conspiracies and emotionally blackmails the students of Bihar." Asserting his faith, Anand added that as a Sanatani, he does not believe in violence and will fight his legal battle through truth and non-violence, while strictly demanding a CBI probe into the entire matter.
