CET-B.Ed 2026 DAY ARRIVES: 1.23 Lakh Aspirants Face Tight Security Across 180 Centres in Bihar

The Common Entrance Test (CET-B.Ed) 2026 is being conducted across Bihar with more than 1.23 lakh candidates appearing at 180 examination centres spread across 11 cities. Authorities have implemented extensive security measures to ensure a fair, transparent, and malpractice-free examination process.

To prevent cheating and unauthorized communication, signal jammers have been installed at 161 locations, while flying squads, special observers, and magistrates have been deployed across all centres. Candidates have been instructed to carry only essential documents, including their admit card and valid photo identification, and are prohibited from bringing mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, or other electronic gadgets.

Officials have also arranged surprise inspections and real-time monitoring throughout the examination. Organizers said the strict security framework is aimed at maintaining the integrity of the test and ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates. Helpline services have also been activated to assist examinees with queries and support.
