Envisioned as a major urban expansion project, the township will feature a modern sports city, a dedicated Fintech hub, logistics infrastructure, and enhanced road connectivity. Strategically located along the Punpun–Fatuha belt on the outskirts of Patna, the project aims to reduce pressure on the rapidly growing capital while promoting balanced regional development. Authorities say the township will integrate residential, commercial, and institutional zones, creating a self-sustained urban ecosystem.
