Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) founder and former Bihar minister Mukesh Sahani visited Gunai Basahi village in Samastipur’s Tajpur area to meet the family of the late Pramod Kapar, expressing solidarity and assuring them of continued support. He vowed that the fight for justice would persist until the accused are arrested.

Addressing the media, Sahani sharply criticised the police, alleging that rising crime in the region is a result of administrative negligence. He further accused some personnel of being distracted from their duties, weakening law enforcement and emboldening criminals.

Issuing a stern warning, Sahani said no innocent person should be implicated while ensuring the guilty are punished. He cautioned that if swift and fair action is not taken, his party will launch a large-scale agitation. The development signals increasing political pressure on authorities over law and order concerns in Bihar.
