Power Cuts Scheduled Across Patna Areas Due to Maintenance Work

Several parts of Patna will experience temporary power disruptions on Thursday due to scheduled maintenance and repair work at power substations, the electricity department has announced. The outages will occur at different intervals across multiple localities.

In Kankarbagh, power supply will remain suspended from around 9:30 am to 11:00 am, affecting areas such as J and F sectors, Lohia Park, Doctors Colony, Bankman Colony, Gayatri Mandir vicinity, Sports Complex, Stadium, and PC Colony.

Later, from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm, supply will be cut in areas linked to the Rajapur substation, including Anandpuri, Surendra Enclave, and Mahendru.

Additionally, cable repair work under the Nehru Nagar feeder will disrupt electricity from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm in Siddheshwar Nagar and nearby regions.

Officials have clarified that these outages are temporary and will be restored promptly after work completion. Residents have been advised to make necessary arrangements in advance.
