Patna High Court Lawyer Vaishnavi Killed in Road Crash Near Kishanganj

A tragic road accident near Kishanganj has claimed the life of advocate Vaishnavi, the daughter-in-law of senior Patna High Court lawyer Ajay Kumar Thakur. According to initial reports, the accident occurred on a highway when a speeding truck rammed into the Fortuner car in which Vaishnavi and her family were travelling. The collision was so severe that the vehicle was badly damaged.

Vaishnavi died at the scene, while her husband, advocate Hrithik Thakur, and the car’s driver sustained serious injuries. Both were rushed to a nearby hospital, where they are currently undergoing treatment and are said to be in critical condition.

Reports indicate that children were also travelling in the vehicle at the time of the accident. Fortunately, they escaped without serious injuries.

The truck driver fled the scene after the crash, and police have launched a search operation to trace the vehicle and its driver. The incident has sent shockwaves through the legal community in Patna.
