The Patna district administration has imposed a strict ban on any new construction over land acquired by the Bihar State Housing Board in the Rajiv Nagar area. The move aims to prevent illegal structures and ensure compliance with government land policies. District officials have directed local police station in-charges and circle officers to immediately halt any ongoing or proposed construction activity on the acquired land.
Additionally, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Patna Sadar) and Sub-Divisional Police Officer have been instructed to conduct continuous monitoring and ensure full enforcement of the order. Authorities have been asked to coordinate closely with housing board officials to take prompt action against violations.
The administration has warned that strict legal action will be taken against individuals or groups attempting unauthorized construction. Following the directive, surveillance in Rajiv Nagar has been intensified, and officials are keeping close watch to maintain order and prevent encroachment on government-acquired property.
