Bihar Pension Scheme: Free Aadhaar-Based Life Certification via CSCs Launched

The Nitish Kumar government has launched a major social security initiative for pensioners in Bihar. Elderly, widow and disabled beneficiaries can now complete Aadhaar-based free life certification through Common Service Centres. The facility was inaugurated at a CSC in Phulwari Sharif, Patna, by Social Welfare Secretary Vandana Preyashi, with certificates issued on the spot, boosting trust among beneficiaries statewide today.
