Nepal Army soldiers crawled through thick mud and debris to rescue people trapped inside Upper Trishuli Hydropower tunnels following devastating floods along the Nepal-Tibet border. Helicopters rescued stranded survivors from damaged rooftops, while large-scale operations continued across affected areas.
