Bengaluru High-Rise Tilt Forces Demolition of Luxury Residential Tower

An 18-storey residential tower in Bengaluru's SNN Raj Etternia complex will be demolished after developing a structural tilt just three months after receiving its Occupancy Certificate. All 49 apartments, valued between ₹1 crore and ₹5 crore, had been sold. The building will be rebuilt, with demolition assigned to specialist engineering firm Edifice Engineering.
