Jharkhand Police Declares Final Results of 394 SIRB Constables, 386 Clear SPC Training Examination

The Jharkhand Police Training Directorate has released the final results of the SPC training examination for constables of the Special India Reserve Battalion (SIRB). A total of 394 trainees appeared for the examination, of whom 386 successfully qualified, while eight candidates were declared unsuccessful.

The examination was conducted at the Jharkhand Armed Police Training Centre (JAPTC), Padma, Hazaribagh, after the completion of the SPC training programme. The final internal and external assessments were held between April 13 and April 20, with trainees from Special India Reserve Battalion-1 (SIRB-1) and Special India Reserve Battalion-2 (SIRB-2) participating.

The results were prepared after evaluating the trainees according to the prescribed standards. The high pass rate reflects the successful completion of the training by the majority of candidates.

According to the official result, six trainees failed to secure the minimum qualifying marks in the mandatory firing test. They include Suresh Kumar Pahadia, Sonamuni Kumari, Arjun Pujhar, Sundari Sabar, Putool Kumari, and Manoj Grihi.

In addition, Shashi Kumar Malto and Roma Reshmi Malto were declared unsuccessful after remaining absent from the final examination.

With the announcement of the results, an important phase of training for the Special India Reserve Battalion has come to an end. The successful constables will now complete the remaining administrative procedures as per departmental guidelines before being assigned to their respective duties. Meanwhile, the Jharkhand Police Training Directorate will take further action regarding the unsuccessful trainees in accordance with existing rules and regulations.

The outcome highlights the overall success of the SPC training programme, with most trainees meeting the required standards. The department is expected to complete the post-training formalities soon, paving the way for the deployment of the newly qualified constables.
