Lexus India has officially begun bookings for the all-new eighth-generation ES 350h, expanding its luxury hybrid portfolio in the country. The self-charging hybrid electric sedan joins the recently introduced ES 500e and will be locally manufactured in India. First introduced globally in 1989, the Lexus ES lineup is sold in more than 80 countries and has remained one of the brand's flagship luxury sedans. The new ES 350h shares its platform and design language with the all-electric ES 500e while offering the convenience of hybrid technology.
The Lexus ES 350h is equipped with a 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine paired with an eAxle, integrated power control unit, and a lithium-ion battery. This hybrid setup is designed to deliver a balance of performance, fuel efficiency, and refined driving comfort. Inside the cabin, the sedan features a 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system running the latest Lexus interface, a fully digital instrument cluster, and a driver-focused cockpit layout with responsive hidden touch controls for easier access to key functions.
In terms of safety, the ES 350h comes with the Lexus Safety System+, which includes a pre-collision system, all-speed dynamic radar cruise control, lane assist, and a driver monitoring system. The sedan also offers connected car features through the Lexus Connected App, allowing owners to remotely monitor fuel levels, driving range, vehicle location, climate pre-conditioning, and emergency assistance.
Lexus is offering the ES 350h with a 5-year roadside assistance package, an 8-year or 2 lakh km hybrid battery warranty, an assured buyback programme, and the Lexus Luxury Care service package. The luxury hybrid sedan is available in Exquisite and Luxury variants, priced at ₹66.10 lakh and ₹71.80 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively.
