Bomb Hoax Note Delays IndiGo Flight at Bengaluru Airport

A bomb threat note found inside the lavatory of an IndiGo flight bound for Ahmedabad triggered a major security operation at Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport. The handwritten message was discovered shortly before Flight 6E-6423 was scheduled to depart on Thursday evening, prompting airport authorities to activate standard emergency protocols.

A Bomb Threat Assessment Committee (BTAC) conducted a comprehensive inspection of the aircraft, examining every section for explosives or suspicious objects. After an extensive search, officials confirmed that no explosive device was found and declared the warning a non-specific hoax.

Following a complaint by IndiGo, Bengaluru Police registered a case and launched an investigation to identify the individual responsible for the false threat.
