An IndiGo ground staffer in Bengaluru alleged he resigned after a senior official asked him to touch his supervisor's feet for reporting to work without a tie. He said he filed a complaint with the airline's Ethics and Compliance department, calling the treatment unprofessional and disrespectful. The airline has not publicly responded.
