Revolt Launches RVX Electric Bike at ₹1.24 Lakh! Offers 160 km Range and 90 kmph Top Speed

Revolt Motors has expanded its electric motorcycle portfolio with the launch of the Revolt RVX, a performance-focused electric bike aimed at young riders. The motorcycle has been introduced at an introductory price of ₹1.24 lakh (ex-showroom) and will be available through the company's network of over 200 dealerships across India.

Buyers in Delhi can purchase the RVX at an effective price of ₹94,990, thanks to incentives available under the Delhi EV Policy.

The RVX is powered by a new 4kW mid-drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), which delivers a peak output of 5.3kW and produces 230Nm of torque. According to the company, the motorcycle can accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in just 3.9 seconds, while offering a top speed of 90 kmph in Boost mode.

Powering the motorcycle is a 3.24kWh removable battery pack, which delivers a claimed IDC-certified range of up to 160 km on a single charge. Using a fast charger, the battery can be charged from 0 to 80% in just 80 minutes, making it practical for daily commuting.

The RVX is equipped with USD front forks and a rear monoshock suspension for improved ride quality. It also features a 3.5-inch IP67-rated PMVA display with Bluetooth connectivity, telematics support and over-the-air (OTA) software updates.

The motorcycle offers four riding modes—Boost, Sport, City and Eco—to suit different riding conditions. Additional smart features include geo-fencing, call and message notifications, hill-hold assist, reverse mode, walk assist and vehicle locator, enhancing convenience and safety.

With its combination of performance, long range and connected features, the Revolt RVX is positioned as an attractive option in India's fast-growing electric two-wheeler market.
