Three Killed, Several Injured in Two Separate Ring Road Crashes in Ranchi

Three youths were killed and several others injured in two separate road accidents on Ranchi Ring Road on Wednesday, highlighting growing concerns over reckless driving and overspeeding. In the first incident near Pandepura Mor under Bedo police station limits, a motorcycle carrying four riders lost control and crashed into an electric pole. The impact was so severe that two young men died on the spot, while the other two sustained serious injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital.

In a separate accident near Nevari Ring Road, a speeding motorcyclist crashed into a police barricade and died instantly. Police officials said excessive speed appeared to be the primary cause in both incidents.

Authorities have launched investigations and appealed to motorists to follow traffic rules and avoid reckless driving. The accidents caused shock among local residents and once again underscored the dangers posed by overspeeding on major roads.
