Drone Strike Reported at Europe’s Largest Nuclear Plant

Russia’s state nuclear energy company Rosatom said a Ukrainian drone struck the turbine hall of the Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, Europe’s largest nuclear facility. According to the company, the blast damaged part of the turbine hall wall but did not affect critical equipment. Ukraine denied responsibility for the attack. The incident has renewed concerns about nuclear safety in the conflict zone.
