Prashanth Neel is once again gearing up to deliver a massive cinematic spectacle with his upcoming film Dragon starring Jr. NTR. Following the blockbuster success of KGF and Salaar, the filmmaker appears ready to raise the scale even higher with a dark, violent, and globally mounted gangster universe.
The first look of the film has already created huge excitement among fans. The teaser-like glimpse introduces a brutal underworld centered around the international opium trade and two powerful mafia organizations fighting for control. The atmosphere is dark, gritty, and intense from the very beginning, with Rukmini Vasanth’s voice adding mystery and tension to the narrative.
The first visuals showcase the dangerous gangsters of the ATC (Afghan Trading Company), whose criminal empire reportedly stretches across India, Afghanistan, Somalia, and parts of Africa. This indicates that the film will feature an international-scale storyline with global crime networks at its center. Actors Ashutosh Rana, Anshuman Pushkar, and Sidhant Gupta are expected to play powerful antagonist roles, adding further intensity to the film.
The biggest highlight arrives with the introduction of Jr. NTR’s character, “Luger,” described as the “Assassin in Chief” of ATC. Another major surprise comes with Anil Kapoor appearing as Narcotics Bureau Chief Raghuveer Rathore. The first look also teases explosive action, large-scale chase sequences, and Prashanth Neel’s signature dark cinematic style.
