Yashwant Varma of the Allahabad High Court has resigned, submitting his letter to President Droupadi Murmu. The move comes a year after burnt cash was allegedly found at his residence and amid impeachment proceedings. Varma had earlier been transferred from the Delhi High Court to Allahabad.
