RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Sunday called upon party workers to strengthen the organisation at the grassroots level, emphasising that electoral success depends on a robust booth-level structure. Addressing a large gathering of party leaders and workers at a felicitation event in Ranchi, he urged cadres to dedicate at least one hour daily to organisational work and actively raise public issues.
Highlighting the upcoming delimitation exercise, Yadav said Jharkhand could see an increase in assembly seats, making it crucial for the party to begin preparations across all potential constituencies. He expressed confidence that the RJD would expand its presence and contest elections strongly in the state.
Targeting the Centre, Yadav alleged misuse of government machinery in Bihar, claiming his party had the public mandate. He also reaffirmed RJD’s support for the Hemant Soren-led coalition government in Jharkhand.
