BJP leader Nitin Navin will participate in Patna’s grand Ram Navami celebrations, arriving from Delhi on Wednesday evening. The event, organised under the Ram Navami Shobha Yatra Abhinandan Committee, will feature more than 52 processions across the city, drawing large public participation.
Dak Bungalow Chowk will serve as a central attraction, decorated with elaborate displays and thematic tableaux depicting Lord Ram’s life and various cultural themes. The procession will include performances by a Mumbai-based band, a dance troupe from Jharkhand, and a Ganga Aarti team from Varanasi, adding a vibrant cultural dimension to the celebrations.
Several dignitaries, including the Governor, Chief Minister, and Deputy Chief Minister, are also expected to attend. Nitin Navin has appealed to residents to hoist Mahavir flags in their homes and surroundings.
According to the Hindu calendar, Ram Navami will be observed on March 27, with the most auspicious midday worship time between 11:13 am and 1:41 pm.
