Nishant Kumar Pays Tribute to Mother After Joining JD(U), Plans Bihar Tour

A day after formally joining the Janata Dal (United), Nishant Kumar, son of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, paid an emotional tribute to his late mother. On Monday, Nishant visited to offer floral tributes and seek her blessings. Speaking to the media, he said he came to remember his mother and felt that her blessings would guide him in the new phase of his life.

Nishant Kumar also announced that he is preparing to begin a statewide tour and plans to visit all 38 districts of Bihar in the coming days. According to him, the dates of the journey will be finalised soon. He also mentioned that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar may undertake a separate political tour across the state.

During the interaction, Nishant congratulated the Indian cricket team for winning the T20 World Cup, calling it a proud moment for the country. However, he avoided commenting on speculation about his possible future role in Bihar politics.
