Apple has officially launched the MacBook Air 2026 in India and global markets, introducing significant performance upgrades with its latest M5 chip and enhanced Apple Intelligence features. The new model continues Apple’s signature thin and lightweight design and is available in two display sizes — 13-inch and 15-inch Liquid Retina displays supporting up to 500 nits of brightness and one billion colors.
Powered by the M5 processor, the laptop features a 10-core CPU and up to a 10-core GPU, offering improved speed and AI performance compared to the previous generation. The MacBook Air 2026 supports up to 32GB of RAM and up to 4TB SSD storage, providing greater efficiency for professional and everyday tasks.
For connectivity, the device includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth support, and Thunderbolt 4 ports, while macOS Tahoe powers the system. In India, the MacBook Air 2026 starts at ₹1,19,900 for the base variant.
