Elderly Man Murdered in Daylight in Patna, CCTV Captures Attack

A 70-year-old man was brutally murdered in broad daylight in Patna, triggering public outrage and fresh concerns over safety. The incident occurred near Vivekananda Colony crossing under the Chowk police station area, where the victim was allegedly attacked with a sharp-edged weapon, believed to be a chopper. CCTV cameras in the locality reportedly captured the entire assault.

Police identified the victim as Mohammad Raees, who died on the spot due to severe neck injuries. Soon after the attack, panic spread in the busy locality as crowds gathered at the scene.
