Jharkhand Urban Body Elections: 2,588 Candidates File Nominations on Final Day

On the final day of the Jharkhand urban body elections, a total of 2,588 candidates filed their nominations across 48 municipal corporations. Among them, 275 candidates filed for Mayor/Chairman posts, while 2,313 candidates contested for ward councillor positions.
