Kedarnath Project Wood ‘Lion Chair’ Gifted to UP CM

A handcrafted ‘lion chair’ made from leftover deodar wood used in the Kedarnath reconstruction project has been gifted to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The chair was presented by Uttarakhand Minister of State Ajay Kothiyal and installed in the main assembly hall of Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur, where Yogi Adityanath serves as Peethadhishwar, symbolising heritage reuse and craftsmanship.
