Supreme Court Warns States, Feeders Over Stray Dog Attacks

The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued a warning to states and dog feeders over stray dog attacks, saying compensation would be payable for every bite or death caused. Questioning why strays are allowed to roam freely, the court said the impact of attacks is lifelong and asked who should be held accountable, including organisations feeding dogs, for injuries and fatalities.
