IPS Officer Amol Vinukant Homkar Appointed IG in CRPF

The Ministry of Home Affairs has appointed IPS officer Amol Vinukant Homkar, a 2004 batch officer of the Jharkhand cadre, as Inspector General (IG) in the CRPF. The appointment is on deputation. On December 26, the ministry issued an official letter informing the Jharkhand government about the appointment and requested immediate release of the officer for central deputation.
