Jharkhand Implements Three New Labour Codes After Centre’s Notification

Jharkhand’s Labour, Employment and Training Department has officially implemented three new labour codes in the state. This move follows the Centre’s notification issued on 21 November. The Union Ministry of Labour had earlier notified the Wage Code 2019, Industrial Relations Code 2020, and Social Security Code 2020, recommending their implementation. With the state’s notification, all three codes will now be enforced across Jharkhand.
