Court Accepts Challenge to Ex-MLA Amba Prasad’s Clean Chit

The court has accepted a challenge to the police’s clean chit for ex-MLA Amba Prasad in a ₹48 lakh embezzlement case. The case is also part of the ED’s ECIR. The court accepted a protest petition demanding action against officers who granted the clean chit. Earlier, an FIR 113/21 was filed at Badkagaon police station in the matter.
