Patna: A huge fire broke out in the Vishveshwaraiya Bhawan located near the new Secretariat in the capital Patna on Wednesday morning. Suddenly the flames intensified. The guard working in the ATM there told that when he reached around 6 in the morning, everything was fine at that time. Saw around 7.45 that smoke is coming out of the fifth floor. Then he told about it at the gate and then the fire brigade was informed.
