Russia Turns to India as Refinery Attacks Trigger Petrol Shortage

Russia is importing petrol from India after Ukrainian drone attacks disrupted refineries and sharply reduced domestic fuel production. By late August, gasoline output reportedly covered only 70% of demand, while imports reached a record 125,000 barrels per day. India, Turkey and Morocco emerged as suppliers, helping Russia address the widening fuel shortage.
