India Offers Rescue Aid As Nepal Faces Flash Floods

India has responded to Nepal’s position on foreign assistance after devastating flash floods. New Delhi said it is preparing to send a tunnel rescue team as requested by Nepal. India also offered National Disaster Response Force teams to support ongoing search and rescue operations, adding that it is awaiting Kathmandu’s response.
