Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre defended his conduct after allegedly assaulting a woman doctor, nurses and hospital staff near Mumbai, insisting he had done nothing wrong and would not apologise. While expressing regret over the altercation, he denied attacking the doctor, claiming he merely tapped her hand after his grievance was ignored, during the confrontation.
