A Pakistan-backed Khalistani outfit, Khalistan Liberation Army, has reportedly claimed responsibility for the blast outside the BSF headquarters in Jalandhar, according to News18. Police are yet to verify the claim. An online message allegedly linked to the group also named DIG Sandeep Goyal and his family as targets, escalating tensions.
