A Holi-related dispute in Delhi’s Uttam Nagar turned deadly after a water balloon thrown by an 11-year-old girl accidentally hit a woman, triggering a violent clash between two families. Twenty-five-year-old Tarun Kumar was fatally assaulted during the fight. Police have arrested four people and detained a minor in connection with the incident.
