Ranchi: BJP state president and opposition leader Babulal Marandi has made a startling claim, alleging that a nexus existed between gangsters and the then DGP in Jharkhand. He suggested that several criminal incidents were linked to this connection. Marandi has written to the NIA, demanding a thorough investigation and strict action in the matter.
