Ranbir Kapoor Rents Out Wedding Home ‘Vastu’ for Rs 11 Lakh Per Month

A major update has emerged regarding Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s famous Pali Hill apartment, “Vastu.” According to reports, Ranbir Kapoor has now rented out the luxury property, which also holds special emotional value as it was the venue of the couple’s wedding ceremony in 2022.

As per media reports, the apartment has been leased at a monthly rent of Rs 11 lakh under a five-year leave-and-license agreement registered on May 19, 2026. The apartment is located on the seventh floor of the “Vastu” building in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area and reportedly covers around 2,460 square feet.

Ranbir Kapoor had purchased the property in 2016 for approximately Rs 35 crore. The luxurious apartment was designed by celebrity interior designer Gauri Khan. Reports suggest that the property has now been rented by Aditya Shukla, with the deal including a security deposit of Rs 45 lakh and a 5 percent rent escalation clause.

Recently, Ranbir and Alia shifted into their newly renovated ancestral bungalow, “Krishna Raj,” which is considered one of Mumbai’s most talked-about celebrity homes. The bungalow reportedly has an estimated value of Rs 250 crore and originally belonged to Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. One room in the house has reportedly been dedicated to the late Rishi Kapoor.

Ranbir and Alia tied the knot at the “Vastu” apartment on April 14, 2022, making the property closely linked to their personal memories. On the professional front, Ranbir Kapoor is currently preparing for Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, in which he will portray Lord Ram.
